Get to know your teammates in a new way

The simulation helps team members get to know each other outside of the work role. The topics covered in the simulation are related to everyday life in general and include, for instance, topics related to leisure activities.

Knowing people better builds trust

The simulation helps team members get to know each other outside of the work role. When we know the members of the team, it is also easier to handle work matters together. The simulation entices, among other things, to tell stories about one’s own life, which increases trust and promotes acquaintance between the team. The simulation promotes casual discussion and listening to others.

In the simulation, a number of situations are encountered, and the task is to select or guess the person best suited to the situation. After this, players get to justify their choices, see what their colleagues are like and also learn how others see themselves.
