Aleksis is the CEO of SmoothTeam and writes about team dynamics, interaction and building productive teams. Aleksis has more than 15 years of experience as a TJ and has developed work communities and teamwork as a consultant at Ensto, Solita, Vinciti and Mica, among others.
Before SmoothTeam, Aleksis founded Tussitaikurit Oy, Finland's leading animated video communications company, and video communications agency Videotiiviste Oy. He has been involved in several start-ups as a board member, advisor and investor. He has been featured in Yle, Talouselämä, Tietoviikko, Aamulehti and other publications. Aleksiks holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki, where he also studied education as a minor subject. He has also studied Aalto University among other things, information technology and in the Aalto Ventures Programme. He is also familiar with interaction Theatre Academy (open university) and Ecole Philippe Gaulier.
