Team's Leisure Time
A great simulation for relaxing and team building. Perfect for a night out, a team day or even a Christmas party as a programme.
Getting to know each other better builds trust
What is the need? For a team that wants to get to know each other outside of their job role and thus improve mutual trust. It's a fun way to challenge assumptions about teammates, and at the same time members discover new common ground.
Why does it work? The Team on the Loose simulation encourages people to tell stories about their own lives, which builds trust and promotes team bonding. The simulation encourages relaxed discussion and listening to others. Often things like strengths or preferences come up, which are also useful when working together.
What about in practice? Team at leisure is the only simulation whose content is related to leisure. The topics of the simulation are primarily concerned with life and everyday life in general. Discussions do not go into work-related issues, but participants will occasionally gain insights into these issues.
