As the SmoothTeam simulation improves team chemistry and learns more about, for example, teammates' strengths and work preferences, the team often comes up with concrete suggestions for improving team performance. During the simulation, decisions have been made to rotate responsibilities, change meeting practices and even decide to set up a management team.

Until now, there have been different practices for recording ideas, but in the future, every participant in the simulation will be able to record ideas and suggestions for improvement very easily directly in SmoothTeam. We named this new functionality the Ideas button.

During the simulation, a small light bulb, the idea button, appears at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on it, you can immediately write down the idea that comes to mind. Ideas are saved in a report generated from the simulation so that you can return to them after the simulation. For example, the team can select the most important ideas and agree to take them forward.

The new Development Plan tool makes it easy to follow up and take responsibility for the development proposals recorded with the Idea button. Simple, easy and efficient!
