SmoothTeam facilitator training is part of the roll-out of each subscription licence and can be used to train facilitators according to the number of seats in your subscription plan. SmoothTeam's facilitation training is suitable for workplace developers, HR professionals and superiors who have at least some experience of working with and facilitating groups and an interest in building trust and developing the team chemistry.
WHAT?
The training will teach you how to facilitate SmoothTeam simulations and give you the confidence to use them with your teams. The training takes three hours and is delivered remotely. We will be there to support you after the training with any questions you may have about facilitation and simulations.
