SmoothTeam has been developing simulations for years, which are praised for their positive impact on the work community. We too need to look to the future, and we want to be one step ahead. That's why SmoothTeam is launching its solution for developing work communities, based on the theory of psychological risk.

Making work is essentially a matter of rigour. The soft values in the workplace are starting to be seen, they are so 2010. Our observations are that negative psychology will dominate the industry in the future. In other words, we will reverse the feedback structure commonly known as the 'shit sandwich': in the name of transparency, we will immediately share the negative and, if necessary, discreetly hide the positive.

Psychological risk is really necessary today because it builds resilience. When you experience horrific situations in your workplace, your ability to deal with them increases and customer situations start to feel like child's play.
