Right Left Agency is a digital marketing agency, and we work entirely remotely. We have experts all over the world - in the US, UK, New Zealand, Philippines, Bangladesh... Most of our team members have never met in real life, so promoting culture is really important to us.

The simulation gave clarity going forward

We recently took part in a SmoothTeam simulation. The simulation gave us the clarity we need to make plans and move forward on some really important issues.

We were really excited about what we learned. We have a lot of people in real roles. We already had an idea of the problem areas, but before the simulation we didn't really know how to approach it. 

We learn surprising and positive things about team members

The simulation provided a really fun setting. It gave everyone a chance to talk about themselves and a chance to learn surprising things about other members of our team - and it was really cool!

We knew we would get interesting information from the simulation, but we didn't expect the simulation itself to be such a valuable experience for our team. We want our team to continue to interact with each other in the same way on a regular basis.
