Artificial intelligence

The simulation will consider the impact of AI from the perspective of your own work, your team and your organisation.

The impact of artificial intelligence

What is the need? AI is rapidly changing the world of work, and there is a lot of hype and uncertainty around it. This simulation provides an opportunity to pause and assess the impact of AI on your work, your team and your organisation. What should we consider in terms of practical applications, learning and management?

Why does it work? The simulation provides a safe and interactive way to consider the impact of AI on your work and industry. It helps participants build a shared understanding of what AI means in practice, now and in the future.

The focus is on generative AI and the opportunities it brings for work development.

What about in practice? The exercise consists of ten AI-related situations that help the team to articulate issues, practices and beliefs related to AI. Collective reflection and discussion will make visible what AI changes really mean and help to find concrete directions forward.

Research background

AI simulation is based on current research, practical experience and expert discussions on the impact of AI on work, learning and management.

The content has been developed by combining theoretical understanding, observations from working life and insights into the potential of AI in different industries.

Objectives

  • Create a common understanding of the importance of AI in your work and in your industry

  • Identify strengths, perspectives and development needs

  • Identify barriers and opportunities in the use of AI

  • Supporting learning and decision-making in AI change

For whom

  • For teams of experts, management teams and frontline staff - anyone whose work is expected to be transformed by AI.
  • For teams of 4-16 people, also suitable for temporary and project teams.
  • But not primarily for those whose work is already at the heart of AI, such as machine learning coders.
